For a feature on authors and illustrators at CI 7, publishers are asked to send an annotated list of authors and illustrators who will be appearing at the conference to Judith Rosen (jrosen@publishersweekly.com). For each author or illustrator (other than keynote speakers), please note the title of the book, publisher and imprint, pub month, format and price, as well as category (picture book, middle grade, or YA). Also include a statement about why you’re excited about the book (75 words max direct quote, attributed to a specific editor or publicist), the opening sentence of the book, as well as publicity and marketing plan highlights, including size of first printing.
